Meet Le'Siran
Le’Siran Edwards is an internationally recognised, award-winning Safeguarding Specialist, speaker, trainer and author supporting social workers, safeguarding teams and organisations to create safer practice, stronger teams and sustainable outcomes.
With over 25 years’ experience across children’s social care and public service, Le’Siran specialises in psychological safety, wellbeing, trauma-informed safeguarding, anti-racism and sustainable practice in complex, high-pressure environments.
She is the founder of the UK’s National Black & Diverse Safeguarding Professionals Conference and hosts two globally reaching podcasts supporting reflection, leadership, wellbeing and professional growth.
As a safeguarding speaker and trainer in the UK, Le’Siran is commissioned by public-sector, corporate, third-sector and grassroots organisations to deliver high-impact talks, training and professional development spaces for social workers, safeguarding professionals and leaders.
