With over 25 years’ experience across children’s social care and public service, Le’Siran specialises in psychological safety, wellbeing, trauma-informed safeguarding, anti-racism and sustainable practice in complex, high-pressure environments.
She is the founder of the UK’s National Black & Diverse Safeguarding Professionals Conference and hosts two globally reaching podcasts supporting reflection, leadership, wellbeing and professional growth.
